Namaste Thailand !

I am about to venture into uncharted territory. A recipe !

If you like Thai food and if you like Indian food, this recipe is for you. Fusion food in real time. I choose to call it Namaste Thailand!

You cannot walk into a Thai restaurant and not see red curry on the menu. You cannot walk into an Indian restaurant and not see Muttor Paneer on the menu. So what do we do ? We add the two together.

Ingredients
1. Thai red curry paste. (You will find this in the Asian aisle of the grocery store)
2. Muttor (green peas)
3. Paneer (unaged cheese)
4. Milk or Coconut milk

Cooking Directions
Pour a glass of milk (or coconut milk) into a pan. Add 2 - 3 tspns of Thai red curry paste. If you like things spicy, add some more. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Balance the spiciness of the curry paste with about 3 tspns of sugar. Add the muttor and the paneer and continue to stir. Let it simmer for another 10 - 15 minutes.

Lo! You now have a wicked dish that is two worlds apart !
