I was angry when I heard about the Delhi blasts. Acts like these are unacceptable. A lot of people have talked and written about it. Praveen Swami pretty much nails it here.

Well, invading a soverign country (Yugoslavia, Iraq) is also unacceptable! And stealing land for the Palestinians to make a home for the Jews after the Holocaust was also unacceptable! The terroist attacks are really just guerilla warfare, it's the same tactics the Revolutionaries used here in the U.S. when breaking away from England.
